Their system allows you to earn or purchase ad clicks and impressions by showing ad blocks on your own website. It is highly viral and delivers people who choose to learn more about your products and websites. My only real complaint is it doesn't seem to be as well moderated as LeadsLeap and has a fair number of scam advertisers. But you get similar quality ads in lot's of places with a lot higher cost.
